Coloneal De La Bahia:

Colony Reef Club: No Pets At All

Conquistador: 2 pets under 35# and not on dangerous breed list

Cottages at Winding Creek: 3 pet maximum

Creston House: 1 possibly 2 dogs

Estuaries: 2 pets max of 35lbs.

Florida Club: Pet limit 65# with letter from Vet stating poundage

The Green's: 2 Pets under35#

Hannahs Walk: 2 pets with leash

Island House:

pLas Palmas: 2 pets under 60 lbs each

Legends of St. Johns: 2 animals, no dangerous breeds need lease permit

Makarios:

Ocean Gallery: 1pet  owners only

Ocean Village Club: 1 pet

Ocean Club Condo: pets ok all pets must be on a leash at all times and are not allowed in the courtyard

Ocean & Raquet Club: 1 pet

Ocean Villas: 1 pet

Olde Time Village 2 pets no weight restriction and no agressive breeds

Palencia:  dogs & cats ok but if the pet becomes unruly or barks a lot they will not be able to keep the dog. 

Pier Pointe:  No Pets

Plantation Point:  2 dogs 40lb. limit  and no aggressive breeds

Quail Hollow: Owners only 1 pet and no weight limit

Seagate: No more than 2 pets

Sea Haven: Owners less than 50lbs.

Sea Place 1 condo: owner 2 pets no size restrictions

Seaside at Anastasia: 2 pets

Summerhouse: owners2 pets, renters none  

Sea Winds:

Tradewinds: 2 small pets

Turtle Shores: limit 2 pets

Views at Baypointe: 2 pets 50lbs or less (sometimes flexible)

Vista Cove: Owners no weight limit

Villages of Vilano: Ok

Villa San Marco: 2 pets, no weight limit, no aggressive breeds

Windjammer: small pets only
